Open roles · Remote, worldwide
You have already changed the way you work. You build with AI, experiment constantly and turn new capabilities into things people can use. We are looking for co-founders who live that way: up to two developers and one marketer, ready to help change how the world remembers.
Genacy began after our founder lost his father. The photographs remained, but there was no way to ask another question, hear another story or draw on what his father knew. Our mission is to preserve a person's voice, stories, wisdom and digital life for the people who love them.
We start with digital twins shaped by the material people choose to share, and a private home for memories and files that can pass to nominated guardians. The next step is capture through everyday devices. Beyond that are immersive worlds, twins that interact and communities that develop histories of their own.
Imagine walking beside your grandfather through the streets you remember together. Imagine meeting your great-grandfather in the town he knew. Then imagine those twins meeting each other, forming communities and creating worlds that evolve. That is the ambition. The roadmap sets out the steps; our founder’s longer-term thinking reaches further still, towards AI helping people think better and one day think together.
Getting there will take people who see a new AI capability and immediately start exploring what they can make with it. People with the imagination to see the possibility and the craft to make it work. You would help decide what this company becomes.
Our founder estimates the initial platform is 85% built, with around 70,000 lines of working code, hundreds of automated tests and reported spending below A$3,000. AI has done much of the engineering.
Digital twins, conversations with historical figures, learning, time capsules, a private journal, and private storage with guardian controls for digital inheritance.
The beta is coming soon. The immediate opportunity is to help finish, validate and introduce the platform, then learn from the people who use it.

You already work this way. You give AI the context to understand a problem, direct agents through the work, inspect the result and keep improving the system around them. You have felt how much a capable practitioner can now create, and you want to put that ability into something with a future.
At Genacy, you would help build a place where a child can keep asking about a parent's life. Start with the platform we have. Help take it through beta, earn the trust of real families and build towards devices that capture a life and worlds people can step into. As a co-founder, you will shape both the technology and the ambition.
Own the engineering with the founder: the platform, the twins, private storage and the way we build. Decide what needs attention now and what makes the next stage possible. People's memories will depend on the choices you make, so speed and care need to work together.
There is room for up to two developer co-founders, with clear areas of ownership. There is also room to challenge the plan, bring a better approach and build something neither of us would have reached alone.

Email investor@genacy.co with a product or demo you have built. Tell us how you used AI, what you set up around it, where it failed and how you got it working. Then tell us why you want to put that ability into Genacy. Include your location and the time you can commit.

You can see a story, find the human truth in it and bring it to life. AI has expanded what you can do with that instinct: research an audience, develop the idea, make the film, build the campaign and learn from the response. You already move between those disciplines and produce work people notice.
Genacy gives you a story worth telling. There are questions we all wish we had asked, voices we wish we could hear again and pieces of our lives we want our children to understand. Your opportunity is to turn that recognition into a movement: help people start preserving their lives while they are here.
Own the voice, campaigns, video, content and community. Help bring in the first 2,000 beta users, listen closely to them and build towards an audience of millions. You will have a hand in how people first discover Genacy and in what we learn from them afterwards.
Our audience starts with people over 30, with full lives and their own reasons to care. Speak to them with imagination, warmth and respect. Give them a reason to act without exploiting grief. As a co-founder, your understanding of those people will help shape the product itself.

Email investor@genacy.co with a campaign, video or body of work you have made. Show us how AI was part of the process, what you brought to it and what it achieved. Then tell us how you would make people care about Genacy. Include your location and the time you can commit.
These are co-founder roles, initially alongside your full-time job. We are asking you to commit your available working time outside that job to Genacy, with no other side projects or startups. We need sustained focus, shared responsibility and the willingness to stay with difficult problems.
Before applying, take time to explore the product, the founder's story and the roadmap. Compensation, equity, commitment details and the selection process will be discussed directly with candidates. Come ready to discuss what you can contribute and the commitment you can realistically sustain.
