You already work this way. You give AI the context to understand a problem, direct agents through the work, inspect the result and keep improving the system around them. You have felt how much a capable practitioner can now create, and you want to put that ability into something with a future.

At Genacy, you would help build a place where a child can keep asking about a parent's life. Start with the platform we have. Help take it through beta, earn the trust of real families and build towards devices that capture a life and worlds people can step into. As a co-founder, you will shape both the technology and the ambition.

Your craft is working with AI.

• You use Claude and other coding agents as part of your everyday engineering practice. You can take an idea through architecture, implementation, testing and release with AI doing substantial work.
• You build the environment that makes that work dependable: context, instructions, tools, memory, tests and feedback. Each project makes your way of working better.
• You understand the code and systems well enough to challenge an agent, find the cause of a failure and know when an apparently finished result is wrong.
• You experiment with new capabilities, work out where they help and bring the useful ones into production. You can show consumer products that real people have used.

Make the technology yours.

Own the engineering with the founder: the platform, the twins, private storage and the way we build. Decide what needs attention now and what makes the next stage possible. People's memories will depend on the choices you make, so speed and care need to work together.

There is room for up to two developer co-founders, with clear areas of ownership. There is also room to challenge the plan, bring a better approach and build something neither of us would have reached alone.

The commitment and terms

Initially alongside your full-time job, Genacy would be your one venture: your available working time outside that job, with no other side projects or startups. Compensation, equity, the commitment you can sustain and the selection process will be discussed directly with you.
