Genacy explained

Give the story behind the photograph.

A useful digital twin starts with the memories and perspective you choose to record.

Reviewed 26 September 2026

Begin with one ordinary moment

Choose a photograph, a favourite place or a habit your family knows. Record what happened, who was there and why it mattered. Small details often explain more about a person than a list of milestones.

Questions worth answering

  • What did you learn the hard way?
  • Which family tradition would you like someone to continue?
  • What changed your mind about something important?
  • What would someone miss if they only saw the photograph?

What the twin represents

A Genacy twin is an AI representation grounded in the material supplied to it. It is not the person themselves, proof of consciousness or a guarantee of a correct answer. A meaningful record benefits from clear context and an honest distinction between memory, opinion and documented fact.

Choose the audience

Generations is the private twin for chosen family and friends. Legacy is the public-facing twin, using only what you allow. Keep sensitive stories within the audience you intend. Read about guardians and digital legacy and privacy and control.

Voice and availability

Recording stories and interacting by voice should not be confused with having a twin speak in your cloned voice. Cloned voice for living twins remains listed as unfinished. The app is coming soon; register interest in beta.

Keep exploring

A life worth keeping starts with what you choose to share.

The application is coming soon and has not publicly opened. Built features describe the current implementation, not general public availability.
